Since the founding of our architecture practice here in Bali in 2015, we’ve built up a wealth of knowledge for local materials and craftsmanship from across Indonesia that has led us here; to our first in-house development.

Suku Houses are being crafted from the ground up. From architecture that compliments the local environment to bespoke handmade interiors that look and feel good.

The homes have been designed with the local lifestyle in mind, inclusive of spaces for different occasions. They are light and cool in the heat of the day and a cozy sanctuary at night. Lots of room for staying guests and areas for entertaining, as well as places for privacy when needed. We’ve imagined every corner of every room, down to the last detail.


Suku Houses are located in Gang Layur, a small avenue surrounded only by neighbours’ houses. It's a quiet, tucked away residential road, yet a short walk to the top of the avenue and you’re on Jalan Pantai Berawa, with all of its unique cafes, restaurants, and wellness spots.

As well as great food, coffee, beaches, and pampering, there are co-working spaces and some of the best-known international schools in Bali, right here in Berawa. So whether you’re in the area long-term or for short periods, everything is right on your doorstep.

It’s why Berawa has become the most sought-after neighbourhood in Bali.
